I'm a Senior Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Product Owner with over 7 years in the IT product domain. I bridge the gap between complex technical systems and real business outcomes — turning ambiguous requirements into clear user stories, roadmaps, and scalable products.

My career spans enterprise rail technology in Switzerland, OTT media in Bangladesh, European restaurant chains, last-mile logistics, and pharmaceutical sales operations. Each context has sharpened my ability to move fast in unfamiliar domains.

Currently at BRAC IT, I work as Business Analyst at AVP level — running scrum ceremonies, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring the products we ship actually solve the problems they were built for. I'm also pursuing a Master's in Data Science and Analytics at East West University.
